Cancellation Policy
At Ashfrida Beauty, every appointment is an opportunity to celebrate your unique beauty and story. To ensure the best experience for all of my clients, I kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens—we get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer your time slot to another client.
2. Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee, as this time was reserved especially for you.
3. No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any notice will be charged 50% of the service cost. Repeated no-shows may require full payment in advance for future bookings.
4. Running Late?
If you're running late, please let me know as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to accommodate you, but if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
5. Emergencies & Grace
I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. Please reach out—I’ll always strive to respond with compassion and flexibility where possible.
